We are excited to welcome your family to Hillcrest Montessori Academy. Our enrollment process is designed to be simple and supportive, helping families feel informed and prepared every step of the way.
1. Book a Family Tour
Come visit HMA, explore our learning environments, meet our team, and learn more about our Montessori programs. We look forward to getting to know your family and answering your questions.
2. Complete the Registration Form
Following your family tour, you will receive access to our Student Registration Form. Please complete the form and provide the required information and documentation.
3. Receive Your Invoice
Once your registration information has been reviewed, our Admissions Team will prepare and send your family’s registration invoice.
4. Secure Your Child’s Spot
Your child’s place in the selected program is reserved once the required payment has been received. This confirms your enrollment with HMA.
5. Receive Your Welcome Package
After payment is received, our Admissions Team will send your HMA Welcome Package, which includes important information to help your family prepare for the upcoming school year, including the school calendar, uniform information, school supplies, policies, and other important details.
6. Get Ready for an Exciting Year!
We look forward to welcoming your family to the HMA community and beginning a wonderful journey of learning, growth, discovery, and connection together.
